General question about online registration
If you have a general question about how an online registration works, please use the online help feature which is available at the bottom right during the entire online registration process. For other questions, please use the contact form.


You're missing your online registration confirmation e-mail
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail after registering online, please check to see if your bank/post office charged the amount. If so, then please check where you sent the registration/payment. Perhaps directly to the organiser?
If no money was charged, then you did not perform the registration including payment correctly. In this case, please try again.
Please make absolutely sure on your second try that you have only one of each product in your shopping basket (you can delete with the rubbish basket image).


Your confirmation mail for a payment with electronic direct debit (Germany) is missing
When paying using electronic direct debit, there is an additional level of security. The registration/order is activated either 9 days after payment is received or immediately after entering the activation code*.

*The activation code can be seen in the transaction reference for the debit. Activation must occur in the event of a registration prior to the registration deadline. We are unfortunately unable to provide your activation code to you. This code is only supplied to you directly by your bank with your account statement.


Your credit card/payment method is invalid

You've paid your entry fee twice
If you've paid your entry fee twice, please contact the organiser directly. The organiser makes decisions about refunds and/or credits for the next year.

myDS Registration
Registration and creation of a myDS account is necessary to log on online. You can have the account blocked at any time. Please bear in mind that a blocked account is no longer accessible, logging on online is no longer possible and the myDS result overview on the Internet is likewise suppressed. For blocking please inform us of this in writing or fill out the web form for blocking myDS account. Datasport guarantees processing within ten working days.
