For the 52nd time, the Engadin is hosting the Skimarathon, the undisputed highlight of the Swiss cross-country skiing season and the final of the cross-country series from Swiss-Ski, the Swiss Loppet. Ahead of the race, the Marathon Village, which will be newly located in Pontresina along the Via Maistra in the heart of the village, will throw open its doors to all participants and cross-country skiing fans.

From March 10 – 12 2022, interested members of the public will be able to discover the most innovative products in the field of cross-country skiing and receive red-hot waxing tips, while beginners and professionals will be able to get advice from cross-country skiing experts as well as have the chance to test the latest equipment there and then. Cross-country fans can also stock up on fan articles and souvenirs and spend some time playing cool games and doing competitions.

It goes without saying that Swiss-Ski is never too far from the action. On all three days, we will be in the centre of the Marathon Village offering the one or other surprise for both the young and old alike:

• Photo booth with top Swiss athletes and a photo as a souvenir
• Attractive snow sport game
• Gift for Swiss-Ski members (while stocks last)
• Daily competition on the Engadin Skimarathon
