GGUT 110 | 2 is a 2 friends team relay:
1st Stage: Kaprun – Kals am Großglockner: 60 km, 4500 m positive climb
2nd Stage: Kals am Großglockner – Kaprun: 50 km, 2000 m positive climb (2nd stage is the track of Kalser Tauern Trail).
Even if GGUT 110 is done as a team relay, it means a major challenge. Certainly the more challenging stage is from Kaprun to Kals, not only due to length and altitude climb, but because a part of it has to be run during the night. All in all both stages require experience with long distance trail running preferably in the mountains and a strong condition.
