Objective

Those who frequently sit or are committed to "only" one type of sport are well advised to awaken their muscles and fascia with unconventional movements. This will ensure that you maintain your flexibility.

Technique

Lift your arms until your hands and elbows are at shoulder height. Turn a few times from the left to the right and back again and feel the twist in your torso. The next time, jump with your feet in the opposite direction: turn your arms to the right, jump with your feet to the left. Then keep on jumping in both directions without a break.
