
Objective
Find ways to motivate yourself to train regularly – one of the keys to success. Two promising tips involve training with like-minded people and pursuing concrete, realistic goals.
Technique
Arrange to meet up as frequently as possible, for example, during your lunch break or at the weekend with friends, so you can pursue your defined athletic goal through joint training. You will see that long or intensive units are much easier this way, and you can suddenly run or cycle at much faster speeds!
Focus
Formulate goals and give each training session a purpose.
