Description

Objective

Endurance athletes move cyclically and always in the same direction. It is therefore all the more important to move your joints and muscles in different ways to remain injury-free. 

Technique

We particularly recommend doing this exercise before you start running or before your gymnastics program: Take a step forward with your right leg. Then swing your left knee forwards and up, rotate it outwards until it can’t go any further and lower your foot gently to the ground. Lift your right foot slightly, then take a step forward with your left leg and do the same exercise with the right knee.
