Objective

Relaxes the back and neck in stressful everyday life. 

Technique

Sit comfortably on a chair and place your legs hip-width apart. Now bend forwards from the thoracic spine, support your forearms on your thighs and let your head hang. You can now feel the stretch in your neck and relaxation along the backbone. 

Focus

Make sure your back and neck are long and exhale consciously.
