Objective
Pre-training nutrition aims to optimise your energy and fluid reserves as well as avoid hunger and digestive problems.
Technique
Eat the last easily digestible meal around 3-4 hours before you start training. Eating smaller snacks such as energy bars at least 1-2 hours before training will ensure your reserves are full and provide you with the best conditions for achieving your best performance in training and at the competition.
