Bärgüf has established itself as a strong brand in the fight against cancer. Bärgüf’s primary aim is to foster a sense of community among people affected by cancer, their families and friends, and those taking part in the Bärgüf event.

On 29 August, participants will cycle or run from Stalden via Törbel to Moosalp – enjoying the lively bends on the traffic-free route and a supportive get-together in the finish area. As well as the sporting challenge of covering 1,200 metres of elevation gain over 16 bends, a distance of 15.3 km and an average gradient of 8.1%, the main focus is on the good cause! The entry fee of CHF 150.00 includes a personalised race number with a timing chip, a full cycling kit for cyclists, and an event T-shirt, trousers and a pair of socks for runners. The impressive mountain route can be tackled as many times as each participant is able and wishes to. The official joint start is at 5.00 am with the lantern ride. Donation target per participant according to their means (target amount: CHF 1,000.00 per person).
