The Kerzerslauf 2026 is the 48th edition of the Swiss Season Opening. Since 1979, the Kerzerslauf has brought the running season out of hibernation on the 3rd weekend in March and ushered in spring with numerous runners. The different running distances lead through the beautiful nature of the Seeland, past the Niederried reservoir and through the village centre of Kerzers.
