The "A Travers Prilly" race has been organised by the Swiss Gymnastics Federation since 1978. This popular race attracts between 600 and 700 participants every year.
A Travers Prilly is renowned for the number of prizes awarded. In addition to the souvenir prize awarded to each participant, a rich array of prizes is distributed among the runners.
A Travers Prilly is a member of the Trophée Région Lausannoise (http://www.trophee-lausannois.ch/).
